If the wind farm should be built, it is vitally important that we make absolutely sure that it causes everyone the least possible inconvenience, and that we get something out of it for the area as well. The land owner and developers will make a great deal of money, the improvements I am asking for will cost very little in a development of this size but should be of benefit to all users of rights of way in the immediate area. Perhaps we could even ask for more?
